CyberiumInfotech is seeking an experienced ArcSight Trainer to provide comprehensive training on the ArcSight security information and event management (SIEM) platform. The ArcSight Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences, including end-users, analysts, and administrators. The trainer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, lab environments, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on the ArcSight SIEM platform
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and lab exercises
- Design and configure lab environments to simulate real-world scenarios
- Provide guidance and support to students during lab exercises and hands-on training
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
- Stay current on new ArcSight features and functionality to update training materials and curriculum
- Collaborate with the CyberiumInfotech team to identify and address training needs and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training requirements and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in delivering ArcSight training to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of the ArcSight SIEM platform and its features and functionalities
- Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining training materials and lab environments
- Ability to assess and evaluate student performance and provide feedback
