To be eligible for the CDPSE certification program, professionals must meet the following requirements:
Have at least five years of experience in IT or information security.
Have at least one year of experience in data privacy or data protection.
Have a broad understanding of IT governance and control.
Three (3) or more years of experience in data privacy governance, privacy architecture, and/or data lifecycle work.
No experience waivers or substitutions are given for this certification.
