As a CISM Trainer, you will be responsible for training and coaching our clients and internal team members on CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification courses.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting CISM training sessions for clients and internal team members.
• Developing training modules and materials for CISM certification courses.
• Evaluating the performance of trainees and providing constructive feedback.
• Monitoring the progress of trainees and making necessary adjustments to the training program.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of cybersecurity.
• Providing support and guidance to trainees as they prepare for the CISM certification exam.
• Maintaining records of training sessions and trainee progress.
• Collaborating with other trainers and team members to improve the quality of training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CISM certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to share knowledge with others.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring others.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management and assessment.
